Every in-game season, up to five castles you’ve already conquered will reappear on the map as “corrupted” versions. These revamped areas will feature stronger enemy variants, each with new moves and unique attack patterns designed to push even veteran players to their limits.

The October update is also bringing a major parkour overhaul, making movement smoother and more flexible than ever. The new Directional Catch Latch lets players grab onto any ledge while falling — saving you from deadly drops. Meanwhile, the Manual Jump Option allows for customized jumps from ropes, lanterns, and props for seamless transitions. There’s even an Advanced Parkour Mode that removes safety restrictions, letting players dive from any height and define their own movement style.

November 25th Update: The ISU Quest “Puzzlement”
Just a month after the Corrupted Castles update, Ubisoft is dropping another major patch on November 25th, and it’s bringing something fans have been waiting for — ISU content.
The new update introduces a fresh quest called “Puzzlement,” where players will investigate a mysterious door sealed behind an environmental puzzle. According to Ubisoft, this mission could finally shed light on long-standing questions about the missing ISU artifacts in Shadows.
The quest will reportedly feature the two poachers from Norway’s flashback, known for being some of the toughest enemies in the game. It’s said to blend humor with deep lore, much like Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Completing it might even reward players with a new ISU-inspired armor set or weapon, continuing the legacy of mythic items like Mjolnir, Excalibur, and Gungnir from Valhalla.
Duel the Protagonists & Unlock New Abilities
One of the biggest highlights of the November update is the ability to duel the other protagonists, something fans have been asking for since launch. You’ll be able to challenge them in intense one-on-one battles and unlock unique abilities afterward.
For example, Naoe will gain a devastating kick attack inspired by Yoske’s War Kick, while Yoske will unlock a non-lethal stealth takedown, making stealth gameplay more flexible than ever.

Attack on Titan Collaboration Rumors
And here’s where it gets wild, multiple reliable leaks and dataminers claim the mystery collaboration launching on November 25th could be Attack on Titan-themed.
Fans have already spotted in-game files hinting at mythical-style content, and early screenshots mention “Far Future” Helix items. The collaboration is rumored to include a brand-new quest, a boss battle, and an exclusive Helix Pack inspired by the anime’s intense, dystopian style.
If this turns out to be true, it could be one of Ubisoft’s boldest crossovers yet — mixing Assassin’s Creed’s signature stealth and parkour with the high-flying, adrenaline-fueled action of Attack on Titan.
What’s Coming to the Helix Store
